Rocky & Pam McBride established Daystar Exterior Cleaning in 1999. Built on the values of Quality and Care, Daystar has evolved as an industry leader in both Manatee and Sarasota Counties. We are committed to customer satisfaction and building lasting professional relationships with our clients.
Our services include non-pressure fungicide roof cleaning, lanai and deck cleaning, mud dauber removal, window cleaning, fence cleaning, and brick, paver and concrete cleaning. We additionally work with community developers, HOA Property Managers to maintain and clean condominiums, sidewalks, curbing, entrance signs, guard houses, town homes, apartments, offices, and community pools.

We use a process suggested by roof manufactures themselves, including the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association, a NON-Pressure or Soft Wash.
